Rising Artist Two Feet Drops Must-Hear Two Track EP

The Harlem based artist Two Feet dropped an impressive new two track EP made up of “Love Is A Bitch” and “Had Some Drinks” on their TSIS debut. This package release is following his four track EP First Steps which he dropped last year and was also an incredible. He recently participated in his first tour which he brought his buddy hufford to create a live duo with Two Feet on guitar/vocals and hufford on beats/synths. With an indie electronic sound resembling Bob Moses, Two feet is certainly on artist to keep on your radar.

The first track “Love Is A Bitch” is slow and darkly romantic with exaggerated guitar plucks and haunting synths. It’s an incredibly sexy song with impressively fitting vocals. Second track, “Had Some Drinks”, is a bit more up-tempo but still keeps that relaxed vibe. It’s got a super cool low synth that works really well with the standout guitar riff and straightforward drums. Enjoy!

Listen To Lemaitre’s New Heavy-Hitting Single “Higher” (feat. Maty Noyes)

TSIS-favorite electronic duo Lemaitre has just dropped an unexpected new single and it’s sounding great! The duo seems to have been hard at work since we last featured their collaboration with The Knocks, and today they’ve shared their new single “Higher” featuring Maty Noyes.

For their latest offering, the Norwegian-born, Los Angeles-based Lemaitre have enlisted the vocals of fellow LA singer Maty Noyes (who listeners might recognize from The Weeknd’s “Angel” and Kygo’s “Stay”). “Higher” starts off with Maty’s melancholic vocals sitting atop a dark piano and distorted guitar melody. The track quickly progresses into an unexpected drop filled with bright synths, abrasive bass and powerful percussion.

Check out Lemaitre’s  “Higher” (feat. Maty Noyes) below and look out for their new album Chapter One, dropping June 2 on Astralwerks. Enjoy!

Feed Me Returns To deadmau5’s Label With Impressive New ‘Existential Crisis” EP Ft. Kill The Noise & More

After over half a year of flying under the radar, Feed Me is back with the much-anticipated release of his Existential Crisis EP, out today on Deadmau5’s label, Mau5trap. The EP’s release comes just a couple of days after Feed Me’s most recent single off of the project, also titled “Existential Crisis,” went live. The rest of the EP goes toe to toe with this first impressive track, featuring dynamic songs and truly masterful production.

Although Existential Crisis is dominated by the electro house genre, a host of other influences make their subtle appearances here and there. The offering pushes the limit throughout with energized tracks like “Shell Pet” and “Beans Baxter,” and it even achieves an emotional depth with atmospheric elements like the ones found in “Starcrash.” The EP ends on an unforgettable note with “Crazy Maybe,” a massive collaboration with Kill The Noise and Anjulie that utilizes snarling synths and distorted vocals to tie the project together impeccably. Existential Crisis no doubt fits in perfectly on Mau5trap, and is a formidable piece of work from start to finish. Stream the full EP below and enjoy!
